Industrial robot arm on a rail track, 7th axis.

PLASTEN ENGINEERING · SHANGHAI

Training engineers for commissioning, repair and modernization, robot integration and CNC systems.

Theory and hands-on courses on robot integration, CNC systems, modernization, and laser equipment — taught by working engineers who design, build, commission, and repair this equipment themselves.

What you'll learn

Courses are built on real repair and integration cases, not general theory. Each module matches the equipment you'll actually work with in practice.

  1. 01

    CNC Fundamentals & Fault Diagnosis

Fanuc, Siemens, GSK, and Syntec controllers — reading alarm codes, servo drive tuning, and structured troubleshooting on lathes, milling machines, and grinders.

  2. 02

Laser Cutting, Welding & Cleaning Systems

Raycus and MaxPhotonics laser sources, Raytools and Bochu cutting heads, nozzle height-tracking systems, CypCut and A3Tech control software, plus the full repair and maintenance workflow.

  3. 03

    Robotics & Integration

6-axis robots and cobots, programming, additional-axis integration, rail tracks, rotary positioners, gripping systems, and integration into existing infrastructure.

  4. 04

    Modernization & Automation

Retrofitting existing production lines, removing bottlenecks, and integrating robotics into manual processes without replacing the whole line.
