HANDS-ON TRAINING
Learn by doing, on live equipment
An in-person format: you work with the same equipment PLASTEN supplies and repairs for clients — CNC machine tools, laser systems, and industrial robots.
What's Included
Live Diagnostics
Working through real faults on CNC machines: reading alarm codes, checking servo drives, and finding the cause from the symptoms.
Laser System Setup
Hands-on work with laser sources, cutting heads, autofocus, and nozzle height-tracking systems on a real system.
Robot Programming
Writing and debugging programs for 6-axis robots, plus positioner and gripping system setup.
Working Through Your Own Cases
The chance to work through a specific fault or task from your own production floor with the instructor.
How the Training Runs
-
01
Intro Discussion
We discuss your experience and goals to focus the session on the right equipment.
-
02
Hands-On Practice
Diagnostics, tuning, and repair under an engineer's guidance — on real machine tools, laser systems, and robots.
-
03
Working Through Edge Cases
Simulated and real faults — we walk through the reasoning behind finding the cause, not just the fix.
-
04
Final Practical
Working through diagnostics or setup start to finish on your own, under the engineer's supervision.
