MODERNIZATION
Upgrading existing production, not replacing it entirely
A full line replacement isn't always the best answer. Bottlenecks are often solved with targeted modernization: CNC repair and tuning, laser system upgrades, or integrating a robot into an existing process.
What we modernize
We work with the equipment already on your production floor — restoring function, improving accuracy, and adding automation where it delivers real results.
CNC Repair & Tuning
Diagnostics and repair of Fanuc, Siemens, GSK, and Syntec controller systems: reading alarms, servo drive tuning, and restoring accuracy on lathes, milling machines, and grinders.
Laser System Modernization
Replacing and tuning laser sources (Raycus, MaxPhotonics), cutting heads (Raytools, Bochu), nozzle height-tracking systems, and control software upgrades (CypCut, A3Tech).
Robot Integration Into Lines
Integrating 6-axis robots and cobots into existing infrastructure: additional axes, rail tracks, rotary positioners, gripping systems.
Automating Manual Processes
Replacing manual operations with automated units without a long production shutdown and without replacing the whole line.
How We Work
-
01
Diagnostics
An engineer visits, assesses the current state of the equipment and process, and identifies bottlenecks.
-
02
Engineering Solution
Developing a technical solution — repair, modernization, or automation — tailored to the specific task.
-
03
Supply & Installation
Sourcing and supplying the necessary components or equipment, and on-site installation.
-
04
Commissioning & Training
Starting up the upgraded equipment, verifying accuracy and process stability, and training staff.
Have equipment that needs to get back to work?
Tell us what's not working, or where production is hitting a ceiling — we'll propose an engineering solution.
